Booking Policy

We’re not into corporate fine print, so here’s the deal in plain English:

1. Locking In Your Spot

To keep things fair and cut down on no-shows, we now take 50% upfront when you book.

That payment locks in your appointment and comes off the total on the day. Easy.

If you don’t show up, that 50% is non-refundable. No awkward follow-ups, no chasing payments — just respect for everyone’s time.

2. Cancellations & Reschedules

We need 24 hours notice if you want to cancel or shuffle your booking.

Less than 24 hours = the remaining balance of your appointment will be charged.

If something pops up inside the 24 hours, we’ll try to fill your spot. If we can fill it, we won’t charge the remaining balance. If we can’t, we’ll need to charge it.

No-shows (aka vanishing acts) = remaining balance charged. No exceptions.

3. Card Issues & Repeat Offenders

If your card fails after a missed appointment, you won’t be able to book online in the future. You’ll need to call us to clear any remaining balance before rebooking.

Our time matters too, just like yours. You wouldn’t do your job for free, and neither can we.

4. Running Late

We’re a busy shop, so rock up 5 minutes early if you can.

If you’re too late, we may not have time to give you the cut we’re proud of. In that case, the appointment gets cancelled or rescheduled at the full cost.

5. Tweaks to Keep Things Flowing

Every now and then, the schedule has gaps. To make the day run smoothly, we might need to move your booking up to 15 minutes earlier or later.

Don’t worry — we respect your time and will let you know if there are any changes.

6. Why All This?

Because time is our most valuable tool.

Every missed or late appointment means someone else misses out, and our barbers lose time they can’t get back. These rules keep things fair, the clippers buzzing, and the shop vibes good.

7. The Bottom Line

Turn up, grab a drink, settle in, and let’s get you sorted..
